[DML] thermo switches

My cooling system switches on intermittently.
I have the bleeder system on, a new otterstat switch and the fan fail
fix. The cooling fans kick on some times and other times they don't.
It seems like when they work, they're fine and when they don't it
continues to try to overheat. I have checked the connections below
the car.
I'm wondering if the thermovac swtich part no 102405 and/or the
thermo time switch part no 102125 could effect this? I've not
replaced them.
Thanks
