First thought was #5 fuse, feeding the instrumantation, as well
as the otterstat (which in turn feeds the cooling fan relay).

Reason none of the lights would come on is that with a blown #5 they're
not powered and allmost all of them ar switched in their ground-lead...

As far as I know most probable reason the fuse blew
is an accidental ground at or near the otterstat...
