it would work sooo much better if you could just turn the car upside down
  so it would run into the threads quicker.

  I just took mine off 2 weeks ago and had to drill 3 of the heads off
  bought a rivnut tool from Hervey and will replace them soon...

It's a penetrating oil type of product in a spray can. You can get it
at most automotive/hardware stores. You spray it all over your little
"problem" and let it soak for a few days; it often succeeds in
loosening things.
