Sadly that is how most people down here drive.  Maybe not 40mph but they 
plow through standing water way too fast. At least his wife won't have 
to worry abut getting stuck like the moron in the little Honda that has 
water halfway up the doors.

It might be unnecessary for you but obviously it Jack like the styling 
and it fills a need he has.  My DeLorean could be considered an 
unnecessary car for me since I have 8 other vehicles, 5 of  which are 
drivable.
